Rainbow Heart Medicine

Rainbow Heart Medicine emerged from a shared vision for healing. It encourages the inter-exchange of medicine globally and to provide support for people to explore their individual paths. Medicine is anything that encourages healthy growth, and in this case includes traditional practices for living life fully, natural plant medicines, and stories (teachings) describing how to live in harmony with each other and all our relations. The medicine that is shared is based on unconditional love and the essential underlying truth that is at the heart of all beings when they are in a state of Oneness. The birth of this vision was received by to two souls who's lives and hearts twin, that were each given the same mission for their life's work independently before meeting again in this life. It's clarity grew and sprung forth out of the fertile ground of relationship between his celestial logic and her celestial heart. Their healing and teaching work, both independently and separately, has helped many people around the world move forward along their life's path.

Wendy Luckey

Wendy Luckey has spent many years learning about healing from many wisdom keepers from various lineages. Her practice of the art of healing combines working with traditional natural medicine, along with energetic healing practices, to assist others in their transformational process and to support and assist them in fulfilling their life purpose. She helps others deepen their expression of their true essence and to practice of the art of living. The higher intent of her work is to forward human evolution during these times of great planetary change. Her dedication to learning and passion for medicine work has enabled her and others to deepen their awareness, integrate, and develop their natural gifts. Her interest is in global healing, personal transformation, and cross cultural communication to facilitate increasing harmony and growth for all beings on the planet.

She currently travels the Americas learning, integrating, and then sharing what she's learned about natural medicine and the art of living taught to her by indigenous elders and wisdom keepers. She honors and supports elders who walk a path with heart. She facilitates ceremonies and transformational healing experiences, and works one-on-one and with groups of people to help them further their life mission. She is currently working on several books, one about working with tree medicine based on her experiences in North and South America and the United Kingdom and another about her life experiences, including studying plant medicine in the mountains and jungles of Peru. ...

Kevin Furnas, a true curandero

Kevin Furnas spent many years exploring and learning from various cultures around the world. He studied film and cultural anthropology before abandoning the academic path for more nontraditional means of learning. After many years of personal research, he decided to travel the four corners of this world in search of an underlying truth which he hoped might shed some light on our plight as incarnating human beings. Recognizing that the earth itself is a school, he pursued various avenues of self exploration through experiential means. During his travels, he explored Asia, Africa, Indonesia, Central and South America.

His curiosity aroused by the depth of indigenous wisdom, Kevin decided to undergo shamanic initiation in the Amazonian jungle. Then, Kevin moved to the mountains where he founded his first healing center, K'uychi Wasi (House of the Rainbow in Quechua), in Cusco Peru, created to encourage the inter-exchange of medicine on a world scale and to provide a safe place for people to explore their individual paths. While he lived in Cusco, he conducted ceremonies, facilitated healings, and gave readings in the traditional manner.

On a sad day in April, 2007, Kevin passed away leaving this world for his next adventure in expanding consciousness. He is survived by his beloved family (Christine, John, Brett and Estela Furnas) and his soulpartner best friend (Wendy Luckey) who are continuing his work, and his many friends and associates around the world whose lives were touched by his wise gentle spirit and global work.
